We provide a variety of technology-related products and services and may do so in three ways:

• Supplier: we provide our own products or services to directly to you subject to our terms and conditions
• Reseller: we resell third party products or services to you subject to (a) our terms and conditions in relation to the sale or management of subscription for accessing or obtaining those products or services and (b) the terms and conditions of the relevant developer, distributor, licensors or manufacturer of those products or services
• Value-Added Reseller: we combine our products or services with third party products or services resold to you as part of an overall solution subject to (a) our terms and conditions for any products or services provided by us directly and (b) the terms and conditions of the relevant developer, distributor, licensor or manufacturer of any third party products or services

As set out in our Standard Terms & Conditions, you are responsible for complying with any “Vendor Terms” in relation to products or services of any “Vendor” resold by us to you. The following links are to the Vendor Terms for the main third party products and services resold by us.
Please note that:

• we do not have any control over any websites of the Vendors listed below and, although we use reasonable efforts to ensure that the links on this page are up-to-date, we do not warrant that the following links are to the current versions of the Vendor Terms
• the Vendor Terms listed below may be subject to additional terms and conditions and policies which apply to your use of specific products or services and the processing of any personal data by Vendors on your behalf
• you may be required to attest/sign agreements or register for products or services in order to create a legally binding agreement between you and the relevant Vendors
• the Vendor Terms may be amended by the Vendors from time to time in accordance with those Vendor Terms
