IT Support Packages

We recognise that whilst some clients would like to outsource their IT department fully and let us take care of managing the IT infrastructure as a whole, not all organisations will need this level of involvement immediately. Our IT services are packaged to reflect the different levels of involvement that you require.

Clients can upgrade from one package to another at any time and whether the chosen service represents the first step in your digital transformation journey or solves an immediate need, our IT Support Packages ensure that all clients are able to invest in the right mix of products and services, closely meeting individual requirements.

Starting from monitoring your infrastructure, then progressing to remote support, followed by Fully Managed IT, each package builds on all the services shown in the columns before it, as described in the table below. Optional upgrades can be added to all packages.

  • How long have you been established?

    In March 2020, Bristol IT Company merged with MDS Technologies to form Assured Digital Technologies. Both organisations, located in the South West, are well established and well respected in the IT sector and have been providing IT services for 30 years.

  • What is the minimum contract duration?

    Contracts are normally issued with a 12-month minimum term. Different contract durations can be considered on a case-by-case basis although for shorter durations additional charges/higher onboarding costs may apply.

  • What is the service level agreement (SLA)?

    Our services are backed by a robust service level agreement that is available upon request.

  • What areas do you cover?

    Many aspects of IT Management services can take place remotely. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will be pleased to make an assessment.

  • Do prices include VAT?

    All pricing is excluding VAT and expenses.
