As of June 2020 our Hosted Voice solutions provider 8×8 has become the first and only* company to offer integration with Microsoft Teams. 8×8 Voice for Microsoft Teams provides enterprise-grade telephony and global PSTN connectivity to customers that want to use Microsoft Teams as their sole collaboration interface.

How does it work?

For many businesses during the lockdown, Microsoft Teams has become a staple solution for collaboration, particularly video conferencing, and one that people may not be in a hurry to move away from. Thanks to 8×8’s integration, customers can continue using their familiar Microsoft Teams’ application but now with the added functionality of a cloud phone system.
